Gobble, Gobble....Twitter What's That?

What a week! I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. I sure did. Here I am all dressed up and ready to go to Aunt Maresa and Uncle Casey's house.

Guess who else was there? Grandma and Grandpa! Here's Grandma holding the newest addition to the family, Grayson.

And don't forget Liam!

Everyone had a great time at Aunt Maresa and Uncle Casey's house!

I even got to see Uncle Mike.

Thanksgiving was a lot of fun this year.

Unfortunately, Dad had to work this week so he had to go home. When he got home he found out that our refrigerator stopped working. How did he figure that one out you ask? Well, when he got home from Ohio he figured that he would have some delicious frozen fish sticks for dinner. When he opened the freezer door he discovered a lovely orange, red, and blue water fall of thawed popsicles. Dad then checked the refrigerator and found the milk to be a balmy 65 degrees. So needless to say he had an "Everything must go!" night and cleaned out both the freezer and refrigerator.

Ahhhh, but the story doesn't end there. Dad is usually pretty organized. But, he was working some odd hours and forgot that every restaurant in town would be closed on Thanksgiving. Since he couldn't shop ahead because of the refrigerator problems he got home and realized there was nothing to eat. Two frozen burritos and an icey cold Yoohoo from the gas station -Thanksgiving dinner served!

Dad and I are working on two new things. The first one is to include some retro pictures of me. Like most people with a digital camera, Mom and Dad have like a ga-zillion pictures. It would be impossible to share them all, but sometimes its nice to look back. So here I am. I was a little over a year old in this picture.

I found some pots and pans at Grandma's house.

The other thing that Dad and I are working on together is called Twitter. In addition to my blog, I now have a Twitter page. Twitter lets you send short text messages from a cell phone or computer and post a quick picture. Since the Presidential campaign will begin in earnest in the next few months, Dad is getting ready to spend a lot of time traveling around the country. I wanted him to keep a journal of all of the neat things that he sees and places he goes. For instance, he might stop by the world's largest prairie dog in Oakley, Kansas or a combination liquor, hardware, and gun store in Wisconsin (no kidding there really is a store with that combination of items). Plus I can post breaking news updates and the like. Worth Waiting an Extra Day

Hi there everybody! I went home to Ohio for a visit. I had lots of fun. Megan and I shared our toys.

Then we jumped up and down until we fell asleep. Errrr, actually it was until Mom and Dad made us go to sleep.

Later on, I practiced my dancing.

Hi everybody! As promised, I am posting some more pictures from Halloween. Dad was out of town for a week so we had to delay posting them earlier. Halloween was lots of fun this year. Last year I wasn't really sure what was going on. Daisy barked a lot and Mom gave candy to a bunch of strangers. Whatever.

This year I got dressed up for Halloween for school. I am a ladybug. Incidentally, I have ladybug stickers on the walls of my playroom. I took my toy spatula and whacked one of them and said "I got the bug!" So Mom wasn't sure how this costume would work out.

Nothing to worry about, we had lots of fun in school.

Later on Mom, Dad, and I went out trick or treating in our neighborhood. We only went to a couple of houses on our block. It was chilly and I have the attention span of a two year old. Here is Mom and me at our first stop.

After we hit a couple of houses and yelled trick or treat we went home. That's where I found something on our porch that I had never seen before.

What is this thing?

Is it a telephone? Hello, hello? Can you hear me?

What do you mean it's not a phone!

It's chocolate? What's that?

I'm soooo embarrassed.

But I got over it. Pretty soon, I was passing out candy to the other kids.

Ohhhhhh, your costume is so scary! Take two of these otherwise Mom and Dad are going to eat them all.

This is a picture of me after Church. I really like my brown boots!

Here I am looking at pictures of my Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Mormon. I always point out Great Grandpa's really tall hat. Grandma said that Great Grandpa and his friends had the size of the crop written on their hats.

This weekend Mom and Dad took me to the Bass Pro Shop store. It was a really neat store. It was better than Target although Mom might not agree with that one. Before I even went inside I sat down beside a turkey.

Shhhh, I'm just gonna sit right down here and Mr. Turkey is not even going to notice. Gobble. Gobble.

Right after I sat beside a turkey I rode a moose!

Giddyup moose!

Then Mom let me play with a bear!

From the picture it looks like Mom is saving me from a terrifying, hungry bear. What you can't see is a two foot deep "creek" full of water and fish that I am trying to take a swim in to pet the fish.

Finally, Dad and I watched the fish in the store's giant aquarium. They had all sorts of fish, even a big black catfish.

Mom asked Dad if he'd ever seen one that color before. Dad said the only color of catfish he knew about was the golden brown breaded kind. After that we headed home and stopped for some tacos.

Hi everybody! Hope you had a good Halloween. I had lots of fun. Mom and Dad took me trick or treating around our neighborhood. I got a ton of candy and even a bat ring! Just one picture this week. Dad is in Washington, D.C.

This is a quick picture of me at school. I am a ladybug. I have lots more pictures to share and stories to tell for next week. One silly thing I do that I just have to tell you about now is how I answer the phone. I heard Mom answer the phone and she said "Hi this is Jill Moore." So for the past couple of days I have picked up my plastic toy phone and walked around the house saying "Hi this is Jill Moore." See you guys next week.
