Happy Memorial Day everybody! We had a beautiful weekend to enjoy together in Pennsylvania. We went to Home Depot and Lowe's together. After that, mom and Dad took me for ice cream at Brewster's.
I took Angeline, my elephant, along with me. I had a vanilla ice cream cone. It was delicious, and I ate the WHOLE thing!
Mom had a butter pecan ice cream. Dad had a cake batter flavored ice cream cone.
It was a really hot day so I had to eat mine really fast.
After I had my ice cream cone, I found some pine cones.
They didn't taste nearly as good as my ice cream.
I also saw a chipmunk. I took Dad over to see the little fella too!
The next day we all worked in our yard together. It was hot outside! I went inside to get a drink of water, but because Mom and Dad put the kid-proof covers on the door knobs I couldn't get back out.
When Dad came looking for me, I had made this sign and was standing by the glass door to our deck.
I told Dad that this was the sign I hold up when I need help. I told Mom and Dad that I was ready to do an episode of Man vs Wild.
Dad was impressed with my safety knowledge and good spelling. Mom was relieved I hadn't chosen to dial 911.
See you guys next week!

Hi Macy!
I really like your sign. That was great thinking! I am so proud that you ate your whole ice cream cone and also that you needed a drink of water on that hot day. Way to go! From the picture, it looks like you have grown taller.
Love,
Grandma R.
Wow that is impressive (that she can write like that!).
Ryan could read some but didn't learn to write much until the end of Pre K!
Go Macy - looks like she is doing so well.
Susan
Dear Macy, I loved your pictures. I was impressed that you ate the whole ice cream cone! I remember when you would only take one lick. You are really learning to write your letters, too. Keep up the good work! Miss Cindy
