In other news I told Dad that when Mom says "maybe" that is two steps away from "yes" and when she says "we'll see that is three steps away from "maybe" and five steps away from "yes". I am really good at math these days as well as salesmanship it seems. ABC ... Always Be Closing.

Sorry it has been a while since I've written. You continue to be a very busy girl - and you are getting so big. I always enjoy hearing of your adventures. What a great toothless smile you have and I see one of your new ones is on the way in.
Thanks for the birthday wish. Your grandma probably told you it was a very special one - especially since I got to celebrate it with her and grandpa.
