Hi there! Well, Graduation Day has finally arrived. I graduated from preschool last week!
I picked out a new yellow dress for the occasion. I sat on the rug in my classroom one last time.
Then it was time to take my place with all of the other graduates. I walked down the aisle, I mean RAN down the aisle to Pomp and Circumstance. Then we sang two songs.
Finally, we received our diplomas and high-fives from our teachers! It was really exciting to move my tassel from the right side to the left side of my cap. I even decorated my cap with my handprints!
Mom and Dad were really proud of me.
Afterward, Mom, Dad, Grandma, and Grandpa, and I headed to Dairy Queen for a celebratory ice cream cone.
It's hard to imagine how much Mom and Dad say I've grown up, and how quickly. Looking through the almost six years of pictures on my blog, it seems like just yesterday that I was splashing around in my little pool on the back deck in Indiana and riding the ponies at the pumpkin patch.
I've got lots more adventures to share. There is a summer full of fun waiting for us all to enjoy. Next Fall, kindergarten here I come!
See you guys next week.

Hi Macy!
Congratulations! You did a great job at CCUPC Graduation! We are so proud of you.
Happy Summer!
Love,
Grandma R.
Oh Macy! I can't believe you are ready for kindergarten!!! I still remember when I met you and we had lunch with Joe. You were only 2 years old and already doing hard math problems. That seems like just a short time ago. How quickly you've grown up to be a big girl. I really like the yellow dress you picked out for graduation.
I hope you have a fun summer. I'm looking forward to reading all about the summer adventures of Macy!
Love,
Kathy
