School is out

Hi there everybody!  It has been quite a while since I last posted to my blog.  It seems like as the years go by the harder it is to find the time to sit down and write a post.  I will try to do better.

I wanted to share a few pictures from my cousin Grayson's First Communion.  I was very excited for him and he was excited too.

Here is a picture of Liam, Grayson and me outside of church.

No special event would be complete without a photobomb.

After a good laugh we took a few quick family pictures.

Here are Aunt Maresa, Uncle Casey, Liam, and Grayson.

In other news, Grandma and Grandpa (Dad's parents) came out to visit.  We had a lot of fun together.
Once the weather got warm, it really got warm.  My friends and I decided to have some snow cones in the backyard.

After that we had a water balloon fight!

I finished my softball season too.  This year was the first year that the girls pitched instead of the coaches.  Some of them can really throw the ball fast.  I managed to get a hit towards the end of the season.  I also got hit by a couple of pitches and was walked quite a few times.  When Grandma and Grandpa visited us they watched me play in a game.

Today was my last day of school.

All of my friends at the bus stop were excited for school to be finished for the year.

I made it onto to the honor roll the entire year and I had perfect attendance.  Mom and Dad were really proud of me.  I was glad that I studied hard and did my best.

  Here I come as a 4th Grader!

Hi Macy,
Congratulations! Wow! You are a Fourth Grader already! Congratulations on your excellent work as an Honor Student and your perfect attendance. Great job! You should feel very proud of yourself. I am so proud of you for all you have accomplished and for being the good, kind person you are! Now it is time to relax a bit and have lots of fun on your summer break. You can sleep a little later. You did a terrific job at softball, as well. Enjoy summer and stay cool!
Love, Grandma R.
