Hi there everybody! Fall is finally here. This Sunday we took a trip to the pumpkin patch!
There were lots of fun things to do there. I got to pan for precious stones!
I got a bag of sand and I put it in this wooden box to let the water from the sluice wash away the dirt.
After the water washed away the sand, I picked out all of the pretty stones left behind.
Here are some of the gem stones that I found!
After that, I decided to ride some horses. This horse was a little too slow.
These horses were a little too big.
This horse's name is Sport.
He was just the right size for me. I gave him a pat after my ride.
I stopped to look at the sunflowers. They were really pretty.
Then it was time to head out to the pumpkin patch and find a pumpkin to bring home.
So, we hopped up on hay wagon and headed out to the pumpkin patch.
We picked three really nice pumpkins.
They were a little smaller than these.
Guess who else was at the pumpkin patch?
That's right, my friend Hanna..
...and Tom Cruise with his wife, Katie, and daughter, Suri!!!
Really, no kidding! Who knew Mom and Dad hung out with celebrities!

Wow, Macy! I always knew you were a star-and now there's proof you have been hanging around with other stars! Looks like you had a great time and lots of fun adventures. That Farmall tractor looks just like the one I rode on our farm when I was your age.

Wow, Macy, you have one great adventure after another. The pumpkin patch looks like it was lots of fun! I like riding horses too and the one you got to ride looked really nice. I'm sure he was happy you came to see him.
I've heard that you really like school and are doing great. You will make lots of new friends this year at school.
