Where Has the Time Gone?

Back already? Where has the time gone?

I have been having lots of fun this summer. We play in our backyard all the time. Mom and Dad took me to two parks in one day even! Mom let me slide down the big kids slide - only after making sure it wasn't too hot. Dad would catch me at the bottom. I'm fearless.

I went to our county fair too!

I saw sheep, goats, bunnies, cows, pigs, llamas, and horses! They had pony rides there too. I liked riding on the ponies. They were very nice. I petted their manes as I rode along. Mom also convinced me to pet a big friendly cow. She was nice too. Her owner was getting her ready to be a contestant in a cow beauty contest. Her tail was fluffed up and she was sprayed from head to hoof in White Rain for cows so not a hair was out of place.

I also went to Barnes and Noble and played with the train set.

I had lots of fun. I think I get my fascination with trains from Grandpa. He used to work on the railroad. Dad said that his Grandma used to tell him how his Grandpa once rode a hand-car to work. Dad's other Grandpa retired from the railroad.

To be a good engineer you have to concentrate.

Here I am right after Church. I can climb up on all of the furniture now.

Did you know I can say zebra?

That's all for this week. I promise I will be back next week with more pictures of all of my adventures!
